By accessing or using GSD ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GSD is a personal productivity application that integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar to help you manage tasks and process your inbox using the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology. The app is a personal project, not a commercial service.
Access to GSD is limited to authorized users only. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use of the app for any purpose other than personal productivity is prohibited.
When you connect a Google account, you authorize GSD to access your Gmail and Google Calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable email and calendar features within the app.
GSD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
